working principle

Performance characteristics

All kinds of coal or firewood can be used as fuel, and it is equipped with a secondary air inlet device to burn completely.

◎Environmental reference temperature standard is 18℃±2℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated as 5000Kcal/k g.
◎The hot air temperature in the table is determined according to the output air volume. The hot air temperature of the hot blast stove JRF4 can reach 200 ℃ or higher, and the JRF5 JRF6 hot blast temperature can reach 300 ℃ or higher (for special manufacturing, it can reach 500 ℃ or higher). Users can adjust it according to their needs.
◎The height of the smoke window of the hot blast stove: 3 to 5 meters for JRF4 type, 5 to 8 meters for JRF and JRF6 type.
◎The corresponding positions of the outline dimensions in the table are shown in the installation diagram of the hot blast stove.
◎The refractory layer on the inner side wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate, and its height: JRF4-5 type is 0.5 meters, which can be installed on site.
